For foam/glass laminate add resin weight if using contoured foam or grooved foam for infusion. Resin content may be less for vacuum laminated composites.
For strip planking in foam/glass add the weight of unidirectional reinforcement applied to make the strips. For example if 200gsm uni reinforcement is applied to both faces @1:1 fibre content; add 400gsm x 2 = 800gsm or .8kg to the total laminate weight.
